I am available to conduct independent Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) that can be utilized to create Behavior Intervention Plans in schools as part of an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP). FBAs can also initiate insurance funded services for individuals that qualify for behavioral services. I have designed my own customized assessment model called the Target Behavior Assessment. This tool creates an easy to understand visual representation of the function of target behaviors.
